The story
Farmed at origin. Made in Amsterdam.
Pombay is a collaboration between an Amsterdam coffee roaster, Steans Beans, and the Spirited Union distillery. Ingredients are farmed in East Africa and traceable to origin, then roasted and distilled by hand in Amsterdam.
The name riffs on pombe, Swahili for drink, a nod to where the cane, the coffee and the idea all began.
